NATIONAL EDUCATION.

BRUSSELS, July 29. A hundred thousand delegates, representing the whole of Belgium, have assembled in the capital to consider the education question. The meeting was conducted in an orderly and impressive manner. Resolutions were passed protesting against yielding the control of education to priests, and demanding that it bo made national and compulsory.
