BENEVOLENT INSTITUTION.

The weekly meeting of the Benevolent Trustees was held this afternoon ; present —Messrs A. Solomon (ohairman), H. Gourley, R. Chisholm, R. Wilson, and C. Haynes. Calder had been absent from four meetings was discussed! and eventually Mr Havnes moved, and Mr Cuisholm seconded—" That Mr Calder be reappointed a Trustee."—Carried.
