AUCKLAND, April 27.

The annual meeting of the Grand Lodge of New Zealand Freemasons was commenced to-day, there being a good representation of members. The balance-sheet showed a balance of L2lO and a benevolent fund of L 230. The report stated that much better feeling now exists between the New Zealand and other constitutions.
