The Wairarapa steamed down to Port Chalmers this morning, and, after embarking passengers, left this afternoon for Melbourne via the Blnff and Hobart. The schooner Comet is loading for Napier at Dunedin wharf. The Mahinapua took in cargo for the North to-day at the Rattray street wlarf. The barquentine which was reported from Cape Saunders on Wednesday was again reported early this morning, fourteen miles north of the Heads, and at noon she was some seven miles off, flying “Jack ” for a pilot, and in all prob Ability she will prove to be the Boon Doon, from New York, which vessel comes consigned to Messrs H. 3. The Tainni, from London via Teneriffe and Cape Town, arrived at Hobart at three o’clock yesterday afternoon, and resumed her voyage to New Zealand after a twelve hours’ stay.
