The To Anau, from Melbourne via Hobast and the Bluff, arrived alongside the Gooij** street pier at 630 a.m. to-day. She left Bluff at 6.15 p.m, yesterday, had moderate winds and fiae weather along the coast, arriving as above. The Koiomahana, from Auckland via East Coast ports, arrived alongside the Bowen pier at 850 a.m. to-day. Purser Bourne reports leaving Auckland at 6 p m. on the 2nd inst,, Gisborne at 8 p.m on the 3rd, Napier at 11 a.m. on the 4th, Wellington at 5 pm. on the sth, and Lyttelton at 4 p.m. on the 6th, arriving as above; having met variable winds and fine weather throughout the passage. H.M.B. From here she proceeds direct to Wellington with balance of cargo. The death Is announced of Captain Ticket), deputy harbor-master at Melbourne, from heart disease. Prior to being appointed harbormaster at Pamlridge he had traded between London and Melbourne as imster of the Holmsdalo and Windsor Castle.
