Salmon (ordinary packs) bring 9s to 10s; sardines —halves 8s 3d to 8s 6d, quarters 4s 9d to ss; fresh herrings, 6s 6d. Business in wines, spirits, and beers continues good. Cornsacks keep moving off up to dr. Coarse castor oil, 3s 7d; raw and boiled linseed, 8s Id and 3a 2d. Dressed rice is in good demand at L2l; Patna, L 22.
