"SHALL WE KNOW EACH OTHER THERE?"

Mr Aldridge, the Auckland evangelist, lectured on the above subject at the Garrison Hall last evening. There was a very large audience, every available seat on the ground floor being occupied. Mr Aldridge, before his oration, answered a few questions which had been sent him. He said that the question of being able to know each other in what was popularly called Heaven was not one which was raised by him or by any believer in man's mortal nature. It was raised by those who believed man to have an immortal soul, which possessed a consciousness apart from his body. The question was a natural and reasonable one if man was a soul or spirit. Mr Aldridge demonstrated that, in the Bible, the personality of man was iihvavs [attached to the part of man which goes to the grave, which is called the btdyof man. Mr Aldridge lectured for over an hour. m^m
