VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE.
A match was fired by the Tuapeka Rifles for a number of prizes presented to them by the public of Lawrence, on November 9, at their range, Wetherstones, when some excellent shooting was done, as the scores below will show. The day was not altogether a good one for shooting, it being cold and showery with a strong wind blowing from the right rear. The ranges were 200, 300, and 500 yards seven shots at each.
