[Peb United Press Association;] WELLINGTON, November 4. The dispute between the City Counciland the Harbor Board re the width of the streets on the reclaimed land has been settled by the former making the streets to the full width. In regard to the relations between the Council and the Tramway Comjjdny, the latter have named L 28.000 as the 'capital value of the concern,'-atad oniwhioh their profits would in future b6 reckoned, but declined to make any offer ' jfcb the Council for a renewal of the conceßßipn for Beven or ten years.
