DOCK TRUST.

At the meeting of tho Otago Dock Trust this afternoon s resolution was carried that a cablegram be sent to England to Mr Elder to accept L9O for the 5 per cent, debentures to be issued on behalf of the Trust. Mr Ross strongly protested against _ the proceedings, there being no notice that this business was to bo brought before the meeting.
