The following is the order-paper for Wednesday’s meeting Or Lee Smith— “ That the resolution of May 3, 1886, referring to the erecting of wooden fences around the graves in the Northern and Southern general cemeteries, be rescinded.” Or Barhon— “ That contingent upon Or Lee Smith’s motion rescinding resolution of May 3, 1886, re fencing around graves in the oemeteries, being carried, I will move ‘That in future applications to erect such fences shall be made to the Council, accompanied either by a plan or a written description of proposed fence; the Council to have,' the power to grant or refuse any application,’”
