Councillor Coombe said that he would take an opportunity of acquainting the ratepayers that a piece of jobbery had Keen committed. The words were taken down, and. the Council wept into Committee. .te consider the matter, the result being that Councillor Coombe was fined L2, and Mr Travers instructed to recover the fine if it be not paid in fourteen day 5,...., ~ •-
