[Reuter's Telegram.] TELEGRAPHIC COMMUNICATION WITH EGYPT. . MELBOURNE. JULI 13. News has been received here that a telegraph office has been opened on board a vessel in tlie Suez Roads, and that oommunioation with Ad«n is now restored. [From a Special Correspondent.] WELLINGTON, July IS. The Government have this moment (3 30 p.m) received the following telegram from the cable authorities:—" Three routes to London are «toll open, as usual, but owing to *»■ m Egypt that via Tehewn i« the b«t. So far, all telegrams have passed through Russian bands.
