INTERCOLONIAL [Reuter's Telegrams,] SYDNEY, February 3. Two men have been arrested at Eanabaloug, charged with the murder of James Omak in 1870. The railway between Gerogery and Albany, New South Wales, was opened to-day, and communication between Melbourne and Sydney is now oJffipleted.
