"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a JLI meeting of the Mpmington Borough Council, on the 23rd day of April current, a General Rate of One Shilling in the Pound was made, the said rate to be payable in one sum on the Ist day of May, 1879. In connection with the foregoing. It is hereby fu ther notified that the collection will be commenced on Thursday, Ist May, and continued shortly thereafter, in the order of the Wards as follows; . FIRST WARD—Mornington, Richmond.
