The final survey of the ship Duke of Sutherland was made yesterday afternoon by Thomson, harbor-master; and Mr A. Blair, shipwright, who have certified that all the repairs ordered by them have been well carried ont, and they o6hsider the ship perfectly seaworthy, and fit to pmseed on her voyage.
