Alhambra, for Melbourne via the Bluff, sailed this afternoon. The ship Calypso commenced to discharge her cargo into lighters in the stream. The ship Lennbx Castle will be removed from the stream alongside the railway pier tox morrow. The steamers Comerang and Wanganui, for the Bluff, and the s.s. Beautiful Star and Samson, for Oamaru, sailed last right. The schooner Jessie Henderson arrived from the Bluff this morning with a full cargo of timber. She left the Bluff yesterday morning. The barque Woodviile having nearly finished discharging her coals will have quick despatch, aoshe pioceeds to sea for Newcastle on Monday. Fears are entertained for the safety of the schooner Kaituna. Sheieft Havelock, timberladen, bound to Oamaru, on the 39th September. During a heavy gale she put into Akaroa; left that port on the 12th October, aud has not since been heard of. It is generally supposed that she must either have gut blown off the land, or caught in some_ of the recent heavy squall, and capsised. —‘ N. 0. Times.’ SHIPPING TELEGRAM., Auckland, November 6. Arrived : The Hydaspes, frorti London, after a voyage of 77 days from leaving the pilot. She brings 400 immigrants. There were eleven deaths from scarlatina.
