fixed for the 22nd inst, at the Gour Lawrence, the bankrupt to » urrender He George Shako. —Mr Ward applied the complete execution of a deed of ment between the bankrupt and his creditor His Honor declared the deed to be pletely executed. Hie James Dukkett. —This was a petitions for adjudication. The matter was to stand over for a fortnight, the affidavit to causes of insolvency being defective. He Stephen Riokdak. —Mr MTveay peared in support of the application by a cioH ditor to have Hiordan declared a The application was based on an affidavit® which was to the effect that Hiordan was debted in a large sum to one Bridget nings, widow ; that he had allowed twoH judgments to be obtained against him, andßj that being unable to satisfy them, bis would be sold ; that he was a lunatic patient, and unable to take active part in the administration of his affairs ; and if tha . estate was sold, injury would be dono to tho estate. After some argument, His Honor said that he must confess that he had some doubts about the matter. Ho would, however, grant a rule nisi. The meeting of creditors was fixed for tho 29th instant. The Court then adjourned.
