WANTED BY AUSTRIA

LONDON, December 21. In his first speech to the Austrian Parliament today the Chancellor, Dr. Leopold Figl, was given a great ovation when he paid a tribute to the help of the Allies. He called for a return of the southern Tyrol to Austria and for the reunion of the whole of Carinthia within ■ the Austrian frontier.
