LORD DE LA WARR JOINS THE CONSERVATIVES

LONDON, Dec. 19

Lord de la Warr. former Minister of Labour, has joined the Conservative Party. In a letter to Mr. .Churchill, he accused the Government of "imposing the shackles of doctrinaire Socialism" instead of tackling grave and immediate problems.

Lord de la Warr was president of the National Labour Party in 1931.
