CLOTHING COUPONS

NEW SERIES ON DECEMBER 1

The first sheet of clothing coupons in the new ration book may be used from December 1. The Rationing Controller (Mr. A. J. Coslelloe) said today that there was no change in clothing rationing for (he six-monthly period commencing December 1. The new coupons becoming valid on that elate were numbers CLI to CL23 and HI to H3 on sheet 13 of the fifth series ration book. Instructions as to their availability were printed on the sheet. Managers oi hotels, boarding-houses, etc., were to collect the three household 'men coupons on December 1 from all residents for whom linen was provided and forward them to the Rationing Controller. Wellington, not later than the middle of the month.
