LONDON, November 24. The secretary of the Communist Party, Mr. Harry Pollitt, in a speech to a party congress, said: 'Unless the Labour Government changes its present foreign policy, which is simply a continuation of the Tory Party's imperialistic line, there can be no fundamental social progress for Britain, and the country's whole future will be gravely imperilled." .
