FRENCH APPROVAL

FAVOURABLE ATMOSPHERE

CREATED

PARIS, November 24. The French Press has hailed Mr. Bevin's speech, expressing particular satisfaction at his references to France. M Blum, in an article in 'Le Populaire " said: "A favourable atmosphere for action has been created. All that now has to be done is to act. The resistance paper "Combat said: "A" malicious observer might say Mr. Bevin sometimes talks as .though Mr. Molotov's entire diplomacy was to oppose him."
