FACING MINISTERS
MOST DIFFICULT PROBLEMS
LONDON, September 29. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Ernest Bevin, said in a speech that the Foreign Ministers' Council was facing some of the most difficult jproblems the world had had to face. They were not planning for the moment, but for centuries. The greatest things necessary were patience and tolerance. Mr. Bevin added that it was better to adjourn for consideration than to quarrel. . The Council of Foreign Ministers met twice today, Mr. Molotov presiding in the morning and Wang Shih-Chieh in the afternoon. Both meetings were devoted to examination of the protocols of the council's present session. The Foreign Ministers will meet again tomorrow. ■
