CAPE TOWN, September 30.

A drought, stated to be the worst for 80 years, continues unbroken, says the Johannesburg correspondent of the Associated Press of America. South African grain stocks are reported to be sufficient only for two months. Cattle are dying in the southern section of the Dominion and in northern Transvaal. ' It is stated officially that South Africa faces a food crisis if rain does not come soon.
