EARLY ELECTION
DEMAND MADE IN ITALY
ROME, Sept. 28. The Italian Communist and Socialist Parties have issued a joint manifesto calling for "a great day of popular demonstrations" throughout Italy on October 14 to demand early elections and stimulate the Government to face the wide economic crisis.
