P.A. AUCKLAND, This Day. Since last* Thursday the Union Co.'s collier Kiwitea has been waiting for a full crew to take her to Greymouth to load coal for Auckland. When the full complement was mustered yesterday, and the ship was ready to sail at 6 o'clock last night, the crew informed the master that they ;vere not satisfied with the qualifications of some of the firemen and they would not sail.
