AGREEMENT DENIED
BRUSSELS. September 10. The Director-General of the Belgian Ministry of Justice, Mr. Robert de Foy, denied that Belgium ever had a pre-war agreement with the Gestapo to suppress Communism. The Gestapo only informed the Belgian Government of those seeking refuge and entering the country from Germany, he said.
