FRENCH AND ETHIOPIA
PARIS, September 8. A Foreign Office spokesman stated that both Britain and France supported French claims for complete restoration of French rights to the Djibuti railway in the French Ethiopian Treaty signed on Wednesday. the treaty also provided for a commission to settle the boundary between Ethiopia and French Somaliland and for the exchange •of diplomatic missions.
