Last' year the llutt. Valley Memorial 'iYdinieal College iircfimted its choirs and orchestras in its first festival of music in i.hd 'lown Halt. Great public enthusiasm was .shown tor both the excellent choral and instrumental worU presented, and (lie second festival to l;e Held on September 2S and 'J!) should not he lacking in public .support. The box plan will open at the D.I.C. on ifonday, September 17.
