CENSORSHIPS END
BOMBAY, September 7. The Government announced that the censorship of Indian newspapers is ceasing at noon today, also "Press instructions for war," with the exception of certain clauses about which editors will be informed.
ROME, September 7. The combined Chiefs of Staff '.announced that the Press and radio censorship in the Mediterranean theatre will cease at noon today. Paris radio said that the DelegateGeneral in the Levant advised the Lebanese Government that postal and telegraph censorship will be abolished at midnight today. New Delhi radio states that postal and telegraph censorship in India will cease this afternoon.
