CAKE FOR BRITAIN

(To the Editor.)

Sir,—-Can you tell me if we may now send 51b (gross weight) of cake to Britain? It is usually about this time of th > year that the Post Office advises that we may do so, but so far I have seen no announcement, to that effect. —I am, etc., XMAS CAKE. [The Chief Post Office advises that five pounds weight of cake (including container) may now be posted to Great Britain at any time of the year.]
