LONDON. September 6. Dr. Evatt arrived in Britain tonight by air from Australia after a 63-hour journey. He has come to attend the Council of Foreign Ministers which is holding its first meeting in London on Monday. Representatives of the United States, Soviet Union, France, and China are expected by the weekend. The Greek Regent arrived in Britain tonight. He is to have talks with the British Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister. Not since pre-war days have there been so many statesmen in Bri-. tain or on their way here. Among them are the Chechoslovakian Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister.
