SPANISH REGIME IN EXILE

MEXICO CITY, September 5. The Cabinet of the Spanish Republican Government in exile comprises the following:—Premier, ■ Dr. Jose Giral; Minister of State, Mr. Fernando de Los Rios; Minister of Justice, Mr. Alvaro de Albornoz; Minister of Finance, Mr. Augusto Barcia; Minister of the Interior, Mr. Manuel Torres Campana; Minister of War, General Juan Sarabia; Minister of Education, Mr. Miguel Santalo; Minister of the Navy and Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Manuel Iruju; Minister of Emigration, Mr. Trifon Gomez; Ministers withqut portfolio, Mr. Angelo Assorio y Gallardo and Mr. Luis Dolwer; General Secretary of the Presidency, Mr. Fernando de Los Rios. The Minister of State, Mr. de Los Rios, will depart in a few days for the United States and Europe to seek recognition of the Giral Government.
