CONFERRED ON EISENHOWER Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, September 6,
A Brussels crowd gave a rousing reception to General Eisenhower when he arrived to receive the freedom of the city. Two Belgian girls resoundingly kissed him on both cheeks. He was invested with the Grand Cordon of the Order of Leopold.
