WOOLWORTHS PROPERTIES. The accounts of Woolworths Properties, Ltd., Sydney, for the year ended June 30 show a net profit of £41,803, against £47,001. Preferred ordinary dividend of 0' per cent, takes £35,603 and an ordinary dividend of £6000 is also declared. Paid ordinary capital, which is held by Woolworths, Ltd., is £12,507, and the dividend follows a similar amount paid in the previous year. Taxation paid was £30,45)4.
