LONDON, August 31. Two German field-marshals whose whereabouts has been a mystery have been interned by the British Army authorities. They are Brautisch, Com-mander-in-Chief of the- German army until his dismissal in December, 1941, and Mannstein, former commander of the Germans' southern army group in Russia.
