DIVIDING REPARATIONS

A spokesman of the French Foreign Ministry said today that a conference is to be held in November to determine how the Western Allies should divide their share of the German reparations. He said that, following talks between Britain, the United States, and France in the last few days, Belgium, Holland, Yugoslavia, Greece, and other Allied countries had been asked to send in estimates of war damage in their countries.
