FOR CORINTH CANAL
BRITISH LOAN TO GREECE Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, August 14. The British Treasury is lending Greece £120,000 sterling for the reconstruction of the Corinth Canal, reports the Exchange Telegraph's Athens correspondent. A convention will be made between Britain and Greece for a further loan of £200,000 sterling for the enlargement of the canal, in which British shipping will enjoy equal rights with Greek. . ,
