NEW COUP IN ARGENTINA NEW YORK, April 23. The Buenos Aires correspondent of the "New York Herald Tribune" reports that the city is becoming more and more restl-ds over the military Government's delay ih.xestoring demo, cratic rule, and the authorities., attempting to avert a mass demonstration on the fall of Berlin, have arrested a group of army officers and civilians, who are apparently suspected of planning a coup. .General Arturo Rawson, the first President after the military revolution, in 1943, was among the officers arrested.
