WAR ARTIST'S EXHIBITION

LONDON, March 13

A portrait of the Pope which he painted at the Vatican will be included in an exhibition to be' given at the Fernleaf Club by Captain Peter Mclntyre, official war artist of the Second N.Z.E.F., who has arrived in London. The exhibition will include some forty oil and water colours depicting the engagement of the Division from Cassino onward. Scenes of the drives on Rome and Florence are included, and also portraits of British military commanders. New Zealand nurses, and voluntary workers. It is likely the exhibition will begin about Easter, after which Captain Mclntyre is expected to visit the R.N.Z.A.F. squadrons in Britain and" on the Continent for fresh material.
