CRISIS THREAT AVERTED

LONDON, February 21. The threat of an immediate Cabinet crisis in Greece has been averted, says Reuters Athens correspondent, who reports that the Regent, Archbishop Damaskinos, has signed a decree creating the post of Under-Secretary for the Interior and appointing General Vlashos to it. It was persistently rumoured that the Foreign Minister, M. Sofianopoulos, and the Minister of Agriculture, M. Macropoulos, might resign in sympathy with M. Rallis, but they .remain in the Government.
