parked improvement in the standard of workmanship in the practical test is reported by the examiners who conducted the Plumbers' Board of NewZealand examinations this year The examiners state that of 66 candidates who presented themselves for the practical test 39 obtained passes. A great improvement was shown in jointwiping on this occasion. Of 72 candidates who sat for the written part 22 secured a pass and 13 candidates were successful in passing both portions of the examination. -
