WELLINGTON BOWLING CLUB
Despite adverse weather conditions, the Wellington Bowling Club's singles, pairs, and fours competitions are well up to schedule. The smgies game between L. Goldfinch, last year's winner, and A. Pollock, the runner-up of tha previous season, was watched with great interest. Goldfinch, caught the " green from the start. Pollock later:on. struck form and made a determined rally, but Goldfinch ran home a winner by 20-13.
