The league will play a representative match with the Hutt Valley Cricket Association at Kelburn Park on Boxing Da£, and nominations of players for the team are to be made I by next Tuesday, the selectors being Messrs. ■ L. V. Randall. E. W. S. Killlck, and W. J. I Matson. Grade competition matches are to be suspended after December 16 and will be resumed on January i:i. A donation of £2 has been made by the league to the Wellington Free Ambulance,, Association.
