The King has approved of the award of Mention in Dispatches to Temporary Lieutenant John Lissant-Clayton, Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve for good service in salvage operations, according to advice received by the Minister of Defence (Mr. Jones) from the Admiralty.
