Rec. 1.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 2. . Three men casually entered a ration board office in New Haven, 'Connecticut; whipped out revolvers, and herded four clerks and several customers into a cellar. Then the men fled with an unspecified quantity of a new issue of gasoline ration coupons which the board had just received.
