CAPTURE OF GERMAN GUNS

' LONDON, September 30. The population of Dover cheered this morning when loudspeaker vans toured the town shortly after 10 a m broadcasting the message: "The Mayor has received official information that all the long-range guns on the other side of the Channel have been captured. *
