GERMAN THREAT TO BELGIANS.
LONDON, September 1. The German-controlled Brussels ■radio, broadcasting to the Belgians, declared: "New and significant war events are threatening your country. The death penalty will be imposed for any murderous attempts against members of the Wehrmacht or for any acts of violence or sabotage."
