GERMAN PRESSURE
FRONT IN CROATIA RUGBY, May 24. In the Zagorze region of Croatia, the enemy has gone over to the offensive against the liberated territory, states a Yugoslav communique. Partisan units there are suffering fierce resistance. In Slovenia, Yugoslav troops are waging offensive operations while the Germans are bringing up a constant stream of reinforcements. A German military train was derailed on the railway line from Dravograd to Man-, bor. Two enemy vessels were sunk by Allied bombers in operations off the Dalmation coast.—B.O.W.
